After five years I cancelled my Prestige card without regret. It is absolutely ridiculous to have a so called premium travel card that offers no travel protection. Not even car rental protection that no annual fee cards offer. The 4th night free is now a joke. The prices in the portal are so high compared to direct booking that you end up paying the same amount even with the 4th night free. Also, when you book through the portal, you don’t receive any status benefits for the booking. Have Hyatt Globalist status. Well, if you book your Hyatt stay through the portal you will not be recognized as a Globalist. The Prestige was once the best premium card on the market. Now, multiple devaluations over the years, it is the worst. In fact, I would not even call it a premium card.
